Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Casual Kitchen Attendant at the Nambucca Heads V-Wall Pavilion site. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting kitchen operations, contributing to great guest experiences, and enjoying a fun, energetic team environment while you do it.

Located at the iconic V‑Wall Pavilion in Nambucca Heads — a vibrant waterfront spot loved by locals, holidaymakers and anyone chasing great food with a view.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy hospitality environments.
• Food safety knowledge and customer service
• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with chefs, cooks and kitchenhands to support smooth food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with front-of-house team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and a seamless guest experience.
• Engage with delivery drivers and suppliers when receiving and organising stock.
• Follow direction from the Venue Manager and/or Head Chef, supporting daily operational needs.
• Contribute positively to the broader holiday park team, building respectful and supportive working relationships.

We’re on the lookout for a PT/FT/Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our XXX site.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

In this Role, You’ll

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front-of-house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
• Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

• Skills & Experience: You bring RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable), proven experience in a similar role, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Capability: You’re comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
