Job summary

Ingenia Communities is recruiting a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant for the Numbucca Heads V-Wall Pavilion site, offering frontline service and guest interaction in a waterfront setting.

You’ll deliver friendly service, maintain safety and cleanliness, handle stock, and assist with daily operations while enjoying flexible scheduling and staff perks. Experience in hospitality is welcome; RSA/RCG accreditation if applicable; able to lift and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/food and beverage service experience preferred.
• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable).
• Ability to lift, stand for extended periods and work on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-of-house service with a positive guest experience and handle complaints professionally.
• Follow safety, security, and hygiene regulations; maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Manage stock, receive produce, minimize waste and ensure items are used efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, kitchen, and dining areas; sanitize equipment and surfaces.
• Handle approved chemicals safely and use PPE as required.

We’re on the lookout for a CasualFood & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Numbucca Heads V-Wall Pavilionsite.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

Work in a stunning waterfront setting at Ingenia’s V‑Wall Pavilions in Nambucca Heads - where the river meets the ocean and relaxed coastal living comes to life.

In this Role, You’ll

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front-of-house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
• Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

• Skills & Experience: You bring RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable), proven experience in a similar role, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Capability: You’re comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
