Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant for the Nambucca Heads V-Wall Pavillion. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain safety standards, and assist with stock control in a coastal setting with ocean views.

The role supports the Food & Beverage Supervisor, offering flexible schedules and opportunities to contribute to memorable guest experiences while enjoying a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable)
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service and create a positive guest experience.
• Follow safety, RSA/RCG regulations and maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Manage stock, check produce and minimize waste.
• Keep shop, kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic.
• Handle approved chemicals safely following MSDS and use PPE.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Nambucca Heads V-Wall Pavillion.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

The V-Wall at Nambucca Heads is a scenic coastal breakwater offering stunning ocean views and a popular spot for walking, fishing, and relaxing by the water.

In this Role, You’ll

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front-of-house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
• Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

• Skills & Experience: You bring RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable), proven experience in a similar role, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Physical Capability: You’re comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
