Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to maintain kitchen cleanliness and support the kitchen brigade. You will clean crockery, utensils and surfaces, handle rubbish removal, and ensure hygienic practices throughout the shift.

The role includes basic food preparation tasks such as grating, peeling, chopping and preparing batters, garnishes and seasonings, contributing to smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plus
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and motivated demeanor required
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Responsabilidades

• Maintain hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment using dishwashers and manual methods
• Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors
• Disinfect and clean with correct chemical usage and sequence
• Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation and garnishes as needed

Purpose

As a Kitchen Attendant, your role is pivotal in maintaining the sparkle of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities involve upholding cleanliness, including dishware, utensils, and workspaces, all while strictly adhering to hygiene standards. You are an integral part of the kitchen brigade, collaborating seamlessly to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment, using both commercial dishwashers and manual cleaning methods
• Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors
• Disinfect and clean, ensuring the proper sequence of chemical usage
• Provide valuable support to our kitchen team, including various tasks such as basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.

Skills & Experience

• Having practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is a plus
• Have an enthusiastic "can-do" attitude and a positive and motivated demeanour
• You thrive working within a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
