Job summary

Parks Victoria is seeking a Ranger to join Kinglake National Park, delivering a diverse program for the community and environment. This 0.4 FTE role fits around other commitments and focuses on protecting park values while enabling visitor experiences.

You will work with a new Ranger team to uphold safety, inclusivity, and policy alignment, engaging with colleagues and stakeholders across the park.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Demonstrated judgement and initiative to resolve operational issues within guidelines.
• Desirable: experience in community engagement or environmental management.
