Catholic Early EdCare's St Clare's Kindergarten & OSHC in Yarrabilba is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join a supportive leadership team. This permanent full-time, term-time role offers the chance to contribute to a vibrant early years community while benefiting from school holiday breaks.

You will deliver play-based learning, ensure NQF/NQS/EYLF compliance, and collaborate with a close-knit team to support children and families in a purpose-built centre.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma/Bachelor/Master of Teaching (Early Childhood).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Understanding of NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Willingness to act as Responsible Person in Centre Manager's absence.
• Current Child Safety Training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging, inclusive, play-based learning programs that inspire curiosity and development.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Maintain accurate documentation that reflects each child's learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and all relevant regulations.
• Work collaboratively with your team to build a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture.
