Job summary

Romsey Early Education Centre in Romsey VIC is seeking a passionate, part-time Kindergarten Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program within our established Long Day Care centre. Deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum that prepares children for a smooth transition to primary school, in a supportive environment.

The role requires an ACECQA-approved Bachelor, VIT registration, and current First Aid/CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
• VIT registration (provisional or full).
• Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of VEYLDF, EYLF and NQF.
• Commitment to sustainability in early childhood settings.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement kinder program aligned with VEYLDF and NQF.
• Provide clear pedagogical leadership and collaborate with co-educators.
• Coordinate engaging incursions and activities to enrich the educational program.
