Job summary

Uniting Early Learning Kirwan is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children’s learning and school readiness. You will create engaging play-based experiences that foster curiosity and development in a nurturing environment.

Observe and document progress, lead and mentor educators, and build strong relationships with families and the community while ensuring safety and inclusivity across the learning spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ACECQA approved).
• Accredited Child Protection Training (Mandatory).
• Blue Card (Child Related Employment) required.
• First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's learning and school readiness.
• Create engaging play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
• Lead and support educators within the room to achieve positive outcomes for children.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
