Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking a kinder Educator to join a supportive team in South Yarra, Melbourne. You will help promote high-quality experiences through play-based learning and encourage children to express ideas while building friendships and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 3–5 year olds, strong written and verbal communication, and a passion for engaging with families to ensure smooth transitions and readiness for schooling.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood is required.
• 4 years' experience with 3–5 year olds.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check) required.
• Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
• Mandatory Reporting Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering play-based learning and intentional teaching.
• Assist with transitions and communicate with families to ease school readiness.
