BPA Early Learning is seeking 3 Co Educators for Dobson Kindergarten at Maidstone. The role supports play-based learning, teamwork, and inclusive practice in a warm community setting, aligned with VEYLDF and NQF standards.

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is required with working rights in Australia. Roster options include standard school terms with 37 hrs or split weekly hours, plus paid term breaks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education with ACECQA approval.
• Solid understanding of the Victorian Early Years Framework and NQF.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• Right to work in Australia and current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are seeking 3 dedicated Co Educator to join our Dobson Kindergarten at Maidstone.

About the Role

As a Co-Educator, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality Kindergarten program while contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can learn, develop and thrive.

• Support the implementation of engaging, play -based learning programs aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and development Framework.
• Support the implementation of educational programs, children's daily routines, and contribute to maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and BPA policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and child safety across the service. Inclusive learning environment that facilitates rich interactions and supports children’s play, learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with high performing team to achieve positive outcomes for children.
• Demonstrated experience and confidence in contributing to kindergarten planning, documentation, observations and reflective practice.
• Demonstrated experience working with children with additional needs, disability and/or developmental delays in an early childhood or Kindergarten setting.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education Care. (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).
• High – Level understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework, Education Care Services National Law and Regulations, The National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
• A valid working rights to work in Australia.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Experience working with children with a wide range of diverse additional needs.

Roster:

1: Monday to Friday- 37 hrs / Weekly

2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 20hrs/ Weekly

3: Monday to Friday- 30.5 hrs/Weekly

Diploma Qualified salary: $32.33an Hours, plus paid school term break
