You will develop territory plans, build strong hospital relationships, and drive education programs while translating field insights into brand strategy and practical solutions for patient care.
Be part of something rare. Make a difference.
Join a focused rare diseases team launching a recently PBS-listed therapy, and help shape how this specialised treatment reaches paediatric centres of excellence across NSW and QLD.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially sharp specialty representative or key account manager who wants to work at the centre of a rare disease launch, partnering with leading hepatology and gastroenterology specialists, connecting field insight back into brand strategy, and contributing directly to projects that improve diagnosis, access and patient outcomes.

Deliver high-quality, compliant clinical and scientific discussions.
Develop strategic account and territory plans to identify opportunities and overcome barriers.
Work closely with Marketing, Medical and the national KAM team — turning real customer insight from the field into brand initiatives, education programs and practical solutions that support paediatric centres managing rare disease patients.
Become a visible part of the brand team, helping shape launch execution by sharing customer needs, pathway barriers and field opportunities directly with the people building the national strategy.
Use customer insights and data to drive territory performance and achieve sales objectives.
Deliver engaging product and disease-state presentations to healthcare professionals.
3+ years' successful pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in a specialty or complex therapeutic area.
Strong hospital and specialist account management experience.
Experience with specialty products/Section 100 products.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong clinical, scientific and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Launch experience highly regarded.
Experience in hepatology, gastroenterology, paediatrics or rare diseases highly regarded.
A tertiary qualification in Science, Nursing, Business or a related discipline.
The flexibility to travel across NSW and QLD.
This is more than a traditional sales role. You’ll be joining at a pivotal point in the launch of a recently PBS-listed rare disease therapy, with the chance to build deep specialist relationships, influence how customer needs are reflected in brand planning, and play a meaningful role in improving outcomes for patients and families affected. For someone who enjoys specialty selling but wants broader exposure to marketing, launch planning and strategic projects, this role offers genuine visibility and impact!
