Job summary

Mars is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager based in Adelaide to lead strategic partnerships with Independent Grocery MSO customers. You will own a portfolio, develop pricing, promotions and activation plans, and drive growth across Mars Petcare products in South Australia.

Expect to build strong customer relationships, leverage insights, and lead in-store execution and range reviews with field teams to deliver category growth and value for Mars Petcare and its partners.

Qualifications

Account Management experience within FMCG, Grocery or Consumer Goods.
Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and influence outcomes.
Strong commercial, selling and negotiation capability.
Understanding of trade investment and category-led decision making.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of Independent Grocery customers to deliver commercial and category growth outcomes.
Develop customer plans across pricing, promotions, ranging and activation initiatives.
Build trusted partnerships and position Mars Petcare as a valued category partner.
Use insights and performance data to identify opportunities and optimise investment.
Partner closely with field teams to bring customer strategy to life in store.
Lead range reviews, innovation launches and execution excellence across your portfolio.
