SGS Australia is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with environmental clients in the Newcastle and Hunter region. You will oversee sample receipt, registration, logistics, and communication while driving client engagement and growth across SGS environmental testing services.
You will collaborate with laboratories and operations to ensure timely delivery, prepare quotations, and pursue new opportunities.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the key connection between our clients and internal laboratory teams, helping ensure samples, services and communication are managed smoothly from start to finish. You will support sample receipt, registration, logistics and dispatch, while also driving client engagement and business growth across the Newcastle and Hunter region.
You will play an important part in strengthening existing client relationships, developing new opportunities and promoting SGS services across environmental testing and related solutions.
