Successful applicant must be flexible for work across a 7-day roster & be available for all holidays.

The position will be not limited to:

• Reception duties including - Greet Clients, answer phone calls, take bookings, process payments & other administrative duties
• Cleaning animal enclosures, exercising and providing enrichment and husbandry for dogs, feeding and general care for the dogs and office duties to name a few.

Essential pre-requisites for these roles are:

• 12 months or more of experience within the hotel industry & or animal related industry
• Current full driver's license and demonstrated experience
• Commitment to work weekends and holiday periods (inc. Xmas day and New Year)
• Full Australian working rights

Desirable skills and experience include:

• Qualification in Companion Animal Services (or similar) OR animal experience
• Dog training and behavioral knowledge
• Excellent face to face and written communication skills
• Ability or scope to learn reservation programs
• Aptitude for training and learning
• Ability to perform unsupervised as well as part of a team
