Job summary

Good Drinks Australia is hiring a Production Operator at the Gage Roads Brewery to run the kegging line, fill, seal, label and inspect kegs to food safety standards. This casual role offers 40 hours per week with a genuine pathway to a permanent full-time position.

You’ll join a close-knit team, be trained across packaging operations, and gain exposure as we scale up production. The role is based at Gage Roads and rotates through day, afternoon and night shifts on a 3-week cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage packaging is a plus.
• Ability to handle heavy kegs up to 60kg.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy environment with heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the kegging line for filling, sealing, and labelling.
• Inspect kegs for cleanliness, integrity, and quality standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment to HACCP and food safety standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues on the line.
• Move and manage kegs safely and assist with inventory.
• Follow health and safety protocols and use PPE correctly.
• Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and logistics teams to meet orders.
