Search4 in Perth is seeking a proactive professional to advance into Project Management within our civil contracting team. You will work on diverse road and infrastructure projects across Western Australia, supported by senior management and site crews.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in road construction, strong communication, safe delivery practices and a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Accommodation is provided when working away from Perth.

Qualifications

• Experienced in road construction or civil infrastructure projects.
• Confident working with crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Keen to develop their project management and leadership skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Safety focused with a strong commitment to quality and efficient project delivery.
• A practical problem solver with a hands on, can do approach.
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Willing to learn, take responsibility and embrace new challenges.
• Comfortable working on a 10:4 or 2:1 roster across the South West and Wheatbelt when required.

• Working alongside supportive and well respected senior management, you ll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience across a diverse range of projects throughout Perth and regional Western Australia on MRWA and CBH intersection works, with accommodation provided when working away from Perth.
