Perth-based civil contractor seeking a proactive individual ready to progress into Project Management. You will gain experience across a diverse range of road and civil infrastructure projects throughout Perth and regional Western Australia, with accommodation provided when working away from Perth.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with crews and subcontractors, and delivering quality outcomes on site. A strong safety mindset and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in road construction or civil infrastructure projects.
• Confident working with crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Keen to develop project management and leadership skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Safety focused with a strong commitment to quality and efficient project delivery.
• Hands-on, practical problem solver with a can-do approach.
• Strong communicator able to build relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Willing to learn, take responsibility and embrace new challenges.
• Comfortable on a 10:4 or 2:1 roster across the South West and Wheatbelt when required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management on project delivery and planning.
• Coordinate on-site teams, plant and subcontractors.
• Manage site safety and quality on diverse road projects.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain relationships.
• Assist with rostering and logistics for regional works.
