Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking a capable IT support specialist to join our Queensland team. You will be the first line of support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other critical business applications, helping our stores run smoothly.

You'll troubleshoot, document, and perform basic system maintenance, while collaborating with IT and store teams to implement improvements and ensure testing is thorough.

Qualifications

• Formal IT or business qualification or working towards it.
• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and queries.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for D365 F&O and other key applications
• Log, track, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
• Assist in system monitoring, data corrections, and routine maintenance tasks
• Support users with application functionality, training, and documentation
• Run standard SQL queries and reports to assist in issue resolution
• Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate fixes and updates
• Participate in small enhancements and configuration changes in D365 F&O
• Support system testing, including preparing test cases and assisting with UAT
• Help gather and document business requirements for system improvements
• Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles for common issues
• Learn and apply best practices in application support and ITIL processes
