Job summary

Leading Teachers will lead professional learning, oversee curriculum delivery, and support staff performance to enhance student outcomes and wellbeing in a diverse learning community.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to lead school priorities across literacy and numeracy.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies that improve student learning.
• Proven capability to monitor student progress and use data to drive school improvement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to collaborate with teachers, parents and the broader community.
• Experience in coordinating professional learning and staff development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the School Strategic Plan.
• Coordinate curriculum planning and delivery across learning areas.
