Job summary

Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Australia is seeking a Junior Consultant to join our Transaction & Investor Services team, supporting financial sponsor clients across the deal lifecycle in Sydney.

You will conduct market research, perform strategic diagnostics, lead interviews, and contribute to client presentations and workshops, gaining exposure to multiple sectors and deal types while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in strategy consulting, ideally in transactions
• Experience creating value (top-line and bottom-line) with Financial Sponsor clients
• Outstanding academic credentials from a leading institution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Analytical, financial modelling, commercial, and narrative skills
• Comfort with digital tools and new technologies; ability to apply data skills to issues
• Willingness to travel; Australian citizenship or residency
