Praemium is seeking a Junior Strategy Analyst to support the Strategy team with research, analysis, reporting and executive materials. You will work on market discovery, data-backed research and strategy presentations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in financial services, wealth management, consulting, research or analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data, graphs and reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to support strategy development and business planning.
• Analyse data, identify insights and prepare clear summaries, reports and visual outputs.
• Support the preparation of management and executive presentation materials.
• Assist with strategic initiatives, product opportunity research and project-based discovery work.
• Contribute to reporting activities, including board, client portfolio and sales pipeline reporting.
• Prepare graphs, presentations and supporting materials that communicate insights clearly.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements and support business outcomes.
