You'll learn directly from them, develop your skills through hands‑on training and mentoring, and progress into a fully‑fledged Consultant role, eventually sharing the desk with them. No recruitment experience is needed, as this role is all about your personality, attitude and drive.

Role Responsibilities - Junior Sales Consultant

• Supporting your mentor across the full 360 recruitment process
• Building relationships with doctors, nurses and healthcare clients across Australia
• Matching clinicians with suitable locum roles based on their skills, goals and preferred locations
• Developing new business through a range of avenues
• Working with the compliance and admin teams on contracts, credentialing and travel logistics
