Job summary

TradeBridge Pty Ltd is seeking a junior Credit Operations Analyst in Sydney to support day‑to‑day processing, monitoring and compliance for PBS and CCS lending portfolios. You will handle payments, monitor facilities and assist with credit risk tasks.

The role involves back‑office operations, data input, and ongoing KYC checks, with exposure to CRM systems and cross‑functional collaboration with Relationship Management and Credit teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with numerical data.
• Good Excel skills; exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM/monitoring systems an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring processes and deadlines accurately.
• Clear written communication for compliance and monitoring documentation.
• Interest in credit, lending or financial services; banking/fintech background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process scheduled and ad hoc client payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor weekly payment size against facility limits and flag exceptions.
• Review monthly receivables for each client against expected performance.
• Support Relationship Managers with limit adjustment requests and documentation.
• Perform ongoing Know-Your-Customer compliance checks across the client base.
• Conduct licence checks (e.g. Pharmacy Council, AHPRA, childcare service approvals).
• Carry out periodic review checks in line with the credit monitoring framework.
• Monitor for business sale or change-of-control events affecting client facilities.
• Populate the credit risk algorithm with client data (temporary process, pending automation).
• Conduct bank statement analysis to support credit assessment and ongoing monitoring.
