Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience in financial crime, banking operations or related fields.
Degree in business, commerce, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Support financial‑crime operations by reviewing customer, account and transaction information.
Assist with case management including documentation and notes.
Investigate discrepancies and information gaps; escalate when needed.
Identify unusual activity or patterns for review and escalation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data, process and quality issues.
Adhere to risk, compliance, confidentiality and documentation requirements.
