Job summary

Sleep and Lung Care is a large respiratory and sleep specialist clinic with locations in Epping, Kilmore, Brunswick, Doncaster and Braybrook, Vic. The successful applicant will work across all clinic locations in a casual position with potential to move to full‑time in the future.

Essential qualifications include a tertiary qualification in health science, applied science or human physiology; training will be provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in health science or applied science or human physiology is essential.
• Experience not required but preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Spirometry and flow volume loops tests.
• Bronchial provocation tests (mannitol).
• Maximal inspiratory and expiratory pressures (MIPs and MEPs).
• 6 minute walk test and accurate test reports.
• Lab duties including quality control, infection control and safety maintenance.

About the role

You will be required to perform:

• Spirometry and flow volume loops;

You will be required to perform duties relating to the running and maintenance of the lab and its equipment including:
