Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Junior Reliability Engineer for a casual full-time assignment in Somersby, NSW. The role offers hands-on reliability, maintenance and manufacturing experience within a busy site, with a pay rate up to AUD 45 per hour plus super.

You will work with experienced teams to support improvement projects, collect and analyse maintenance data, and contribute to site-wide reliability activities in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering, or nearing completion.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial settings.
• Interest in reliability and manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial experience, gained through employment, internships or placements
• A genuine interest in reliability, maintenance and manufacturing operations
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A practical, hands‑on approach
• The ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Experience with SAP or maintenance management systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.
