Qualifications

• Previous experience within property management is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and Queensland Driver's Licence are musts.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with owners and tenants
• Managing your own portfolio of approximately 130 properties
• Completing lease renewals
• Booking and conducting routine inspections
• Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Issuing breach notices as required
• Managing day-to-day property management responsibilities
