Notable Property Group is seeking a Junior Property Manager to launch a real estate career in Sydney. You will gain hands-on experience, handle tenant and landlord communications, and work towards advancing into a Property Manager role within a supportive, high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Managing communication with landlords and tenants.
• Managing rental campaign.
• Conducting open homes.
• Completing ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections.
• Coordinating maintenance and resolving property issues.
• Reviewing agreements, documentation and administration.
• Assisting with maintaining the trust account accurately.
• Ensuring timely bill payments.
• Monitoring and following up on rent arrears.
• Liaising with contractors, service providers and relevant stakeholders.
• Growing the rent roll.
