Job summary

RecruitShop is seeking a Property Manager for Graceville, Australia to support day-to-day management of a residential portfolio under the guidance of the Senior Property Manager. The role offers an $80K package including super, a company car, phone and laptop.

You will conduct inspections, build relationships with landlords and tenants, and coordinate maintenance while developing your own portfolio. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years PM experience and a Real Estate Certificate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' property management experience.
• Current Real Estate Certificate and driver’s licence.
• Confident communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Positive attitude and strong team/culture fit.
• Experience with PropertyMe (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and prepare entry/exit reports.
• Assist the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks.
• Manage a portion of your own portfolio as you build experience.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted trades.

About The Opportunity
