JPS Executive Search & Selection – Gold Coast QLD is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a minor projects team. You’ll work directly with an experienced PM across $100k–$300k projects, coordinating subcontractors, budgets, and delivery while gaining hands-on PM experience.

The Opportunity

This established fit-out contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its minor projects team, working directly alongside an experienced PM across a pipeline of smaller fit-out and client works.

Projects typically sit around $100k - $300k, and you’ll generally be involved across 1-3 projects at a time, supporting coordination, subcontractors, contracts, budgets and delivery.

It’s a great step for someone with some construction experience who wants to learn the PM side properly, with an experienced person beside them rather than being thrown in the deep end.
