Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in mechanical services, HVAC, plumbing or piping.
• Experience coordinating mechanical piping works and project milestones is preferred.
• Trade qualification or degree in related field is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate mechanical piping works (chilled water, condenser water, process piping).
• Assist with project programming and monitor milestones.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Assist with procurement of materials, subcontractors and services.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure project delivery.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to project reporting.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and project compliance.
