Job summary

Give a Grad a Go is recruiting a Junior Operations Coordinator in Brisbane to translate ERP/MRP outputs into practical production schedules, balancing demand with factory capacity, resources and raw materials.

You will support inventory management across five warehouses nationally and gain hands-on experience with a digital transformation and automation initiatives, backed by strong training and real ownership as you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator who can explain priorities clearly.
• Curious, analytical; comfortable questioning system outputs.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn in a changing environment.
• Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, operations or process improvement.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to ERP/MRP systems, coding or data analysis advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Building forward production plans and detailed shop-floor schedules.
• Reviewing demand, stock, capacity and raw-material availability.
• Managing inventory availability across five Australian warehouses.
• Communicating priorities and trade-offs with operations and team leaders.
• Responding to changing demand and supply issues.
• Using SAP and other systems to support planning decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and automation.

Job Description - Junior Operations Coordinator

As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you will help keep a busy factory running smoothly. You will turn ERP/MRP system outputs into practical production schedules, balancing demand with factory capacity, resources and raw-material availability.

You will also support inventory management across five warehouses nationally, helping ensure the right products are available when needed. This is a great entry point into supply chain and operations, with strong support, training and real ownership as you grow.

Role Responsibilities

• Building forward production plans and detailed shop-floor schedules
