Job summary

MV Finance in Adelaide is seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker to join a boutique team. You will focus on nurturing client relationships, understanding goals, and delivering clear lending guidance.

With administration support and provided leads, you will manage the end-to-end journey from initial conversations through to settlement, while building your own network. You should hold a Certificate IV or Diploma and have 12+ months in mortgage broking or lending.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma completed in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Strong focus on client relationships and communication.
• Experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional client experience and build genuine relationships.
• Manage the full client journey from needs analysis to loan settlement.
• Handle your own client and loan files with guidance from the Director.
• Keep clients informed so the lending process feels straightforward and personal.
• Collaborate with processing and administration to stay client-focused.
• Convert MV Finance leads while developing your own referral network.
• Provide accurate, compliant credit advice and maintain records.
• Expand knowledge of lenders, products, policy, and scenarios.
