Montgomery Advisory in Sydney is seeking a talented junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience across complex commercial litigation, insolvency and regulatory disputes. You will work closely with experienced Partners on a broad range of matters, including cross-border issues.

You will assist with drafting pleadings, submissions, advices and correspondence, prepare evidence, and support proceedings and settlement processes under direct Partner mentoring.

Formación

• Approximately 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution or a related practice area.
• Excellent academic credentials and a strong technical foundation.
• Exposure to commercial litigation, insolvency or regulatory matters gained within a well-regarded practice.
• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior lawyers, counsel and clients.
• Commercially minded, intellectually curious and enthusiastic about developing a career in complex disputes.
• Proactive, hardworking and comfortable working within a fast-paced specialist practice.
