Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Sydney is seeking an experienced Insolvency Litigation Lawyer to join its insolvency and disputes practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers advising insolvency practitioners, creditors and corporate clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.

This role offers ownership of files, opportunity to develop client relationships, strong drafting tasks and exposure to liquidations, restructuring and court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Admitted solicitor with experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting skills and a commercially minded approach.
• Ability to manage matters with senior support.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate insolvency matters, including liquidations, voluntary administrations and receiverships.
• Assist with restructuring, distressed transactions, corporate recovery and related commercial disputes.
• Handle insolvency litigation, debt recovery, enforcement, bankruptcy and creditor disputes.

Insolvency Litigation Lawyer

The opportunity

An established Sydney advisory firm is seeking a lawyer to join its insolvency and disputes practice. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you will advise insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders and corporate clients on contentious and non-contentious matters, with opportunities to take ownership of files and develop client relationships.
