You will rotate through eight-month placements directly with partners and counsel, gaining exposure to development appeals, environmental prosecutions, and complex planning matters.

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to practice (within last 3 years).
• Exposure to planning & environment law at university or in practice.
• Strong academic record with solid research skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through eight-month placements directly with partners and counsel.
• Work on development appeals and judicial review in the Land & Environment Court.
• Assist with environmental prosecutions and planning matters.
• Contribute to developer contributions, biodiversity and planning agreements.
• Support complex property matters for public sector clients and governance.
