• Source candidates across job boards, databases and referrals
• Review applications and identify suitable healthcare workers
• Conduct warm, professional phone screens and interviews
• Support onboarding, compliance documents, references and police checks
• Keep candidate records accurate in recruitment systems
• Build relationships with nurses and care workers
• Follow up with candidates through recruitment and onboarding
• Support busy periods across recruitment, allocations and operations
• Ensure candidates are placement-ready and compliant
