Job summary

Mable, part of the Attain Healthtech Group, is seeking curious engineers to join its technology-focused team. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to full-stack development, cloud platforms and AI-enabled tools while building confidence to tackle real-world challenges.

Qualifications

• Foundational software development knowledge, incl. JavaScript and full-stack concepts.
• Familiarity with programming principles, testing, debugging and version control.
• Strong problem solving, curiosity and a practical approach to challenges.
• A hunger to learn, openness to feedback and willingness to apply coaching.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing and maintenance of software applications across full-stack development.
• Support ongoing operation and improvements, investigate issues and fix bugs.
• Take ownership of tasks, understand requirements, scope solutions and deliver quality outcomes.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to improve engineering capability.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to build skills and learn best practices.
