Job description

Véurr Financial Planning is a growing Australian financial planning firm built around a simple philosophy: be the protector and guide on our clients’ financial journey.

We provide personalised financial advice across wealth creation, superannuation, investments, retirement planning, insurance and intergenerational wealth. Our approach is centred on understanding the person behind the numbers and delivering advice that is practical, clear and genuinely relevant to their goals.

Our team brings more than 40 years of combined industry experience, with experienced Senior Financial Advisers supported by a professional client service and administration team.

As Véurr continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious Junior Financial Adviser / Associate Adviser who wants to build a long-term career in financial planning.

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a growing advice practice where you will work closely with experienced Financial Advisers and gain exposure to the full financial planning advice process, including client meetings, strategy development, research, modelling, advice documentation and implementation. As your knowledge and confidence develop, so will your level of responsibility and client exposure.

About you

The ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of your responsibilities

Your Career With Véurr

We don't want this to be just another job.

For the right person, this role can provide a clearly defined pathway from Associate Adviser → Financial Adviser, with ongoing mentoring, training and increasing responsibility.

You will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced advisers, participate in real client conversations and develop the technical and interpersonal skills required to become a successful adviser.

Our senior advisers have extensive experience across wealth accumulation, risk protection, superannuation, lending, retirement planning, intergenerational advice and other areas of financial planning.

Genuine career pathway

towards becoming a Financial Adviser

Professional Year support

for eligible candidates

Direct mentoring and guidance from experienced Financial Advisers

Exposure to the complete financial planning process

Increasing client-facing opportunities as your skills develop

Ongoing professional development and training

A collaborative and supportive team environment

Opportunity to contribute to a growing business and have your ideas heard

Work with a diverse range of clients and financial circumstances

Be part of a firm that genuinely values personalised, client-centred advice

Véurr's approach is deliberately different from a one-size-fits-all model. We focus on understanding our clients' goals, values and circumstances and developing strategies that evolve with them.

The Person We’re Looking For

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn and wants to build something long term.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We can teach technical knowledge.

What we can’t teach is curiosity, initiative, integrity and a genuine desire to help clients.

If you are someone who wants to develop your career, work alongside experienced advisers and eventually sit across the table from clients as a Financial Adviser, we’d love to hear from you.

Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don’t transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad.
