Job summary

Véurr Financial Planning is a growing Australian financial planning firm dedicated to guiding clients on their financial journey with practical, clear advice. The Junior Financial Adviser role offers exposure to the full planning process, with mentorship and increasing client responsibility over time.

You will work closely with experienced advisers, develop strategy, modelling and documentation, and progressively take on client-facing responsibilities in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Some experience in financial planning, paraplanning or client services preferred.
• Genuine desire to become a Financial Adviser.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and good organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Professional Year candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assisting advisers with the preparation and delivery of client advice
• Conducting financial research and assisting with strategy development
• Preparing financial models, projections and supporting analysis
• Assisting with the preparation of Statements of Advice and other advice documentation
• Participating in client meetings and gradually developing your own client-facing skills
• Preparing meeting agendas, notes and follow-up actions
• Assisting with the implementation of client recommendations
• Liaising with clients, product providers and other professional stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring advice documentation is complete and compliant
• Supporting ongoing client reviews and relationship management
