Job summary

Chempro is seeking a Junior Draftsperson on a contract basis to create accurate shop floor plans for our pharmacy network. The role is predominantly field-based, with travel to multiple sites across QLD and NSW to measure layouts and translate findings into planogrammed floor plans.

You'll use our planogramming software to map gondola placements, shelving specifications, and overall store layout, ensuring measurements reflect real site conditions.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or junior with drafting/design background.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to travel regularly to pharmacy sites.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to 180 pharmacy locations across QLD & NSW to measure and assess shop floor and category space.
• Create accurate, detailed floor plans using planogramming software.
• Document precise specifications for gondolas, shelving, and fixtures.
• Ensure all drawings reflect true-to-site measurements and layout.
• Liaise professionally with pharmacy staff during site visits.
