Qualifikationen

• 1+ year post‑admission experience in family law preferred.
• Bachelor of Laws and admission to practice in Australia.
• Paralegal/Law Clerk/Legal Assistant experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Assist senior lawyers with management and progression of family law matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare court documents, correspondence, and legal research.
• Support hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate professionally with clients, counsel and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to case strategy by identifying key legal issues.
• Manage tasks to minimise risk and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate file management and uphold the firm’s Code of Conduct.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Build strong working relationships within the team and with clients.
