Job summary

Secure Bits is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our Critical Infrastructure team, working on EMS, EPMS and SCADA across critical infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career electrical engineer who wants hands-on experience and is comfortable working independently as part of a geographically dispersed engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and solid foundations in electrical engineering concepts.
• Able to communicate clearly and produce good written technical documentation.
• Comfortable working on construction sites and in operational facilities; able to work independently when at home or on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, implementation, testing and commissioning of EMS, EPMS and SCADA systems across data centres and critical infrastructure.
• Support project teams, customers and contractors throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare handover documentation, as-builts and commissioning reports; collaborate with suppliers and project teams.
