Job summary

Calleo in Melbourne is seeking a Junior D365 Test Analyst to help ensure complex systems function correctly and integrate smoothly. You will work in an agile environment, creating and executing test plans, and supporting defect management.

You will develop test data, validate system behaviours with stakeholders, and contribute to UAT coordination. The role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities to grow testing practices while delivering quality government services.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and executing manual tests to ensure quality
• Defect management and root-cause analysis experience
• Ability to validate system behaviours with stakeholders and coordinate UAT
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify and document defects, troubleshoot, and support defect resolution
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to validate system behaviours and coordinate UAT
• Provide testing progress reports, effort estimates, and QA outcomes
• Adhere to best practice testing methodologies and drive continuous improvement
