Job summary

DOF in Perth is seeking a motivated Junior Draftsperson to join our Engineering & Drafting team in the Perth CBD. You will support engineering, tendering and project teams by producing high-quality drawings for offshore and subsea scopes, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

This entry-level role offers mentorship, exposure to 3D drafting, and hands-on learning across varied projects within a global organisation that values safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Technical Drafting, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and familiarity with drafting standards.
• Ability to work with engineers and project teams to produce accurate drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain 2D technical drawings and documentation.
• Develop storyboards and drafting packages to a high professional standard.
• Liaise with engineers and project stakeholders to obtain design information.
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant drafting standards and project requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
