Job summary

Football Australia is seeking a friendly Junior Customer Service Officer to join our Digital team at Moore Park. You will support clubs, players, parents and football administrators using PlayFootball and other digital platforms, building customer service and digital support experience across community football.

The role offers casual temporary employment in a dynamic national sports environment, with opportunities to contribute to service improvements and training delivery.

• Professional, patient and calm when managing customer enquiries.

• Experience with registration, competition or learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support by phone and email.
• Assist users with registration, competition and learning systems.
• Troubleshoot digital platform issues and guide customers through processes.
• Managing, Building and maintaining strong relationships with all our customers, at stakeholders involve in community football.
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and needs of our customers.
• Record enquiries accurately and escalation system issues when required.
• Support customer training and contribute to service improvements.
