Football Australia is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Officer to join our Digital team. You will support clubs, players, parents and football administrators using PlayFootball and other digital platforms, helping to grow community football across Australia.

In this role you will provide professional customer support by phone and email, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through registration and learning systems.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident using and learning multiple digital systems.
• Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional, patient and calm when managing customer enquiries.
• Knowledge of football club administration or community sport.
• Experience with registration, competition or learning management systems.
• Experience delivering training or user support.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support by phone and email.
• Assist users with registration, competition and learning systems.
• Troubleshoot digital platform issues and guide customers through processes.
• Managing, building and maintaining strong relationships with all our customers, including stakeholders in community football.
• Developing a deep understanding of our products and needs of our customers.
• Record enquiries accurately and elevate system issues when required.
• Support customer training and contribute to service improvements.
