Job summary

Fuse Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Junior Demand Planner to support stock replenishment and forecasting across our national distribution network. This hands-on role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a passion for data and the early stages of a career in supply chain planning.

You will work with Excel-driven forecasting, gain exposure across multiple product categories, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and help maintain inventory availability for the network while enjoying

Qualifications

• Junior role in supply chain planning; growth potential.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with problem-solving approach.
• Internal coordination focus; no vendor/customer-facing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and data management for new products, including lifecycle and packaging details.
• Enter and update forecasts regularly, adjusting safety stock levels based on trends.
• Use historical data and forward projections to inform monthly adjustments from one to ten months ahead.
• Assist with both supply and demand planning activities to optimise stock levels.
• Liaise proactively with category leads and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Contribute to forecasting improvements by supporting the wider demand planning team.
