You will work closely with corporate and employment law specialists, gaining day-to-day client interaction and mentoring from senior staff.

You'll handle varied work, including mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, funds management, and employment law, while developing your career in corporate law.

Qualifications

• Final-year law student with strong academic results.
• Law graduate who has commenced or completed College of Law or other practical legal training.
• Lawyer with up to 2 years' post-admission experience in corporate law or another practice area.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional legal advice in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, funds management and employment law.
• Work on sophisticated corporate transactions and advisory work.
• Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform varied and engaging legal work under mentorship from senior staff.
