Job summary

Randstad partners with a highly regarded developer-builder delivering a multi-residential tower project in South Brisbane. A Junior Contracts Administrator is invited to join the project team and build their construction career with mentorship while gaining hands-on exposure across subcontract administration, procurement, cost control and project reporting from construction through to completion.

The role works closely with the Project Manager and experienced Contracts Administrators to develop

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in a Contracts Administrator, Junior CA or project coordinator role.
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related qualification.
• Basic understanding of subcontract administration and procurement.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Assist with subcontract administration and project documentation.
• Support procurement, tendering and quote comparisons.
• Assist with variations, progress claims and payment schedules.
• Support cost reporting and project financial tracking.
• Maintain contract registers and project records.
• Work closely with the Senior CA and Project Manager.
